Apache Chemistry OpenCMIS 0.14.0 发布了。

OpenCMIS 包含一组围绕着 CMIS (Content Management Interoperability Services) 规范的 Java 类库、框架和工具。

而该项目的主要目的就是为了简化 CMIS 的客户端和服务器端的开发，提供 API、SPI 以及测试工具允许内容服务器和应用开发者把重点集中在 ECM 域模型，而无需关系底层通信细则。

以下是值得关注的内容：

- The Web Services libraries have been switched for clients and
servers to Apache CXF. That solves some issues with Java 8.
- Support for asynchronous operations has been added to the client
library. Also, the server framework can now handle asynchronous
requests.
- More CMIS extensions have be implemented, such as client and server
support for CMIS endpoint documents
- Numerous small improvements and bug fixes
